No payment at the inquiry stage
Requesting a quote or receiving a callback is free and does not authorize a charge. The inquiry form does not accept payment credentials, issue tickets or reserve a seat. You decide whether to proceed after reviewing a specific itinerary and its conditions.
Your written purchase details
Before authorizing payment, obtain the business name, address and phone; the itinerary and provider; the total and currency; taxes and mandatory charges; any separate agency or ticketing fee; amounts already paid; any balance and due date; and the purpose of each payment. Change, cancellation and refund conditions must be disclosed clearly in writing.
Confirm passenger names against the required travel documents and review every itinerary segment. Keep the terms you approve. See pricing and fees.
Who receives your money
The written instructions must identify the recipient and statement descriptor for each charge. Depending on the disclosed arrangement, an airline may collect the airfare and an issuing provider may collect a separate ticketing or service fee. Do not assume those charges are collected by TIPS Reservation.
TIPS Reservation is responsible for amounts it actually receives. Its registration requires all customer funds it receives to be deposited into a business client trust account. Obtain the applicable written customer-fund and TCRF disclosures before payment. Read traveler protection.
Only the method confirmed for your booking
Payment methods and the authorized payment channel are confirmed for your specific transaction during the conversation. A card, PayPal or bank transfer is not guaranteed to be available. This page does not offer a checkout or publish bank account details.
Use only the payment channel identified in the written transaction instructions. Never send full card numbers, security codes, passwords or banking credentials through the inquiry form, ordinary email or messaging.
Approval, ticket issuance and support
Payment authorization and ticket issuance are separate steps. A form receipt or booking reference alone is not proof of an issued ticket. Obtain the issued e-ticket details and itinerary from the identified seller or issuing provider. If payment was made but ticket details have not arrived, contact us to check the status rather than authorizing a duplicate payment.
For a disputed TIPS Reservation charge or service, contact customer support. Ticket refunds and separately charged fees are explained in the refund policy.
A clear next step.
